Yea, Spring is coming…then Summer…you look in the mirror and see rolls, ripples, and puzzled as to where that extra ass came from….you say to yourself…”WTF? How did I get so huge, I have got to lose weight!” Jenny Craig won’t work, Medifast won’t work, and Weight watchers probably won’t either. They are quick fixes and not to mention cost you big money and you end up gaining it all back or losing a whole whopping 5lbs $1000 later. You’ve probably been there, done that. Here’s my absolutely free Diet plan for 2015…..Don’t diet, just get off your ass! Yes, thats what I said. Get off that ass! Because when you do, amazing things begin to happen. I had always been anywhere between a size 1-5 even a 7!…Didn’t really have to work at it until I got older. I did eat my share of “bad” stuff, and also did not eat beef…. BUT I was always active. Running, biking, tennis, climbing, swimming, softball.. you name it, I probably did it. Now Im not quite so active as I was in my 20s and 30s due to work so Im just more careful of what I eat, I bike, do treadmill, and light weights…lots of reps. I eat lots of protein, lots of veggies, and I tend to eat more fruit as well, I alway carry the tiny carrots or nuts with me for snacking. I do enjoy a TCBY Rocky Road cone, or a chewy cookie, even A slice of pizza, but only occasionally. Think of those things as a treat, don’t overly stuff your face with them. You should only eat until satisfied, not so stuffed that you can’t move and want to take nap. STOP! NO! BAD! You also need WATER, lots of it! I drink at least 5, 16oz bottles a day because it helps flush the body and does wonders for your skin. Yes, I have to pee like 500 times a day, and feel like a bloated drowning victim at times, but then I think about how much better I feel. I also enjoy hearing people say that I look so young, they actually think I’m in my 30s…Ha! Not even close! Well theres my advice for the day…take it or leave it. What works for me, may not work for you…but its worth a try. What have you got to lose…..or not? Im not saying to become a walking Corpse Bride character, but a healthier and more active you. Why listen to what this little person has to say? Sure I may be a 1 or a 5, or even a 7, but I’m also only 5ft. My ass gets big like everyone else. I keep fit for health reasons…Both parents are diabetic and that is not something I want to ever have. So… Summer will be here before you know it, then winter…will you find yourself shoveling spoonfuls of Ben & Jerry’s in your mouth, staring in that mirror, all grossed out by even more rolls than the previous year? Im not one to sugarcoat shit, I’ll tell you how it is. So lets get it in gear Pillsbury! Be the Fit Badass I know you are!
